Description
Mushi infusions are made from shiitake mushrooms, the mushroom with recognized nutritional and medicinal properties. It is one of the key elements of traditional oriental medicine, known as the “elixir of life” in the Ming dynasty.

How to prepare
Use two teaspoons for each cup. Pour the mixture into boiling water and keep for 5 to 10 minutes on a low heat (increase the amount or time of infusion to intensify the taste). Pass the mixture through a filter and serve hot. It can be served with a pinch of salt to intensify the flavor. Enjoy the wild scent of this ancestral tea. A maximum intake of six cups per day is recommended.
After infusion, or as an alternative to tea, the pieces can be (re-) used as a delicious touch for culinary recipes such as risottos and sauces for meat, reusing the nutritional value of this superfood. With a low caloric content, rich in proteins, fibers and vitamin complexes, it is the perfect option for those who want to maintain a healthy diet and control the weight.
