Description

A perfect symbiosis between 100% natural jute burlap and MuSkin© 100% vegan mushroom skin. The lining is 100% linen, hand printed with ecological water-based textile paint.

The mushroom skin is obtained from the hat of Phellinus ellipsoideus, a giant inedible mushroom that grows on trees. Once extracted, the material is treated with completely natural techniques, without any chemicals.

The burlap can be cleaned gently with a mild detergent and air dried without direct sunlight. The mushroom "fabric" is not naturally waterproof, but it can be regularly treated with natural wax for waterproofing, longer durability and better aging.
